1. About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of ThePicuki (thepicuki.com), run by Umar Farooq. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What ThePicuki Does
ThePicuki provides free tools to view and download content that is already publicly available on Instagram and TikTok. We do not host that content, we do not provide access to private accounts, and we are not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok or Picuki. Instagram and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use ThePicuki for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate or monitor another person;
- attempt to access private content or bypass any privacy setting;
- republish, sell or commercially use content you downloaded without the owner's permission;
- scrape, mirror or overload the site, use automated tools to send large numbers of requests, or resell access to our tools;
- interfere with the security or operation of the site.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Content and Copyright
Photos, videos, captions and music shown through our tools belong to their creators and rights holders. Downloads are provided for personal viewing, reference and offline use. You are responsible for how you use anything you download, including getting permission before reusing it.
5. Removal and DMCA Requests
If you own content and want our tools to stop loading it, or you believe content shown through ThePicuki infringes your copyright, email picukithe@gmail.com with: the full link to the content, a description of the work, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We aim to respond within 72 hours and can block our tools from loading specific content.
Removing or making content private on Instagram or TikTok also removes it from our tools once our short-lived cache expires.
6. Availability and Accuracy
The tools depend on Instagram, TikTok and third-party data services, which can limit or change access at any time. We work hard to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee that any tool will always be available, complete or error free. When a tool cannot load something, it tells you rather than showing invented results.
7. Advertising
ThePicuki is free and supported by advertising. Ads are clearly labelled and placed away from tool buttons. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of content obtained through the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
